Hey,

Occupy Apps Meeting Report:

We had an agenda, and voted on two items.

By conscientious,

1. we agreed to associate with the upcoming Austin Code-a-thon taking
place in January, and with possibly two other events happening in
Austin over the next year. All of the Code-a-thons will be organized
online at: codethon.pbworks.com

"OccupyApps.org" will be represented as a partner for this event, and
we will reciprocate support by:
+ encourage our members to suggest project ideas on the pbworks wiki
+ encourage our members to attend the events
+ creating some resources on our own website to help code-athon app
developers be more productive during the events

2. We voted to focus the Occupy Apps project on contributing to the
national Occupy movement, rather than focusing on our connection to
Occupy Austin, which has a more complicated approval system.

There was a lot of great participation and individual back-a-forths.
Many existing and planned projects were discussed.

Generally OccupyApps.org is updating our website to better support
project formation. This seem intented towards making OccupyApps into
more a model that app developers everywhere can start their own
development forks.

No discussion of when the next meeting/hack-a-thon will be.

Skipping over tons here, did I miss anything crucial?

Bz
