I've just spoken to Cesar Fuentez, who early on stepped up as an IT 
magnet.  Cesar has been on personal and medical leave from the 
occupation for the past nine days.  There have been many bridges burned 
in his personal dealings with members of the IT team and others in the 
occupation.  I invited him to visit with us on Saturday under the 
condition that he immediately step down as an IT magnet and cease 
representing himself as such until further demonstration of his 
commitment to working with the IT team.  He did not explicitly agree to 
do so, saying he would let me know his decision soon.

This email is not an invitation to air grievances.  If you would like to 
express your support or opposition to my actions, please do so with me 
directly.  I need to hear your perspective to help ensure I am acting in 
the best interests of the IT team.

FYI, Cesar is and always has been subscribed to this mailing list.
