ACC provides a Video Game Development curriculum here:

They also apparently host a series of seminars on video game development 
which are free and open to the public on the first Wednesday of the 
month.  Next month's topic will be "From Paper to Video" by a fellow 
from Steve Jackson Games.  Apologies for not passing this along before 
yesterday, but it looks like yesterday's presentation would have been a 
schwag-fest for IBM's cell processor architecture anyhow.
