The IT Applications group supports all business areas of the company by
developing and implementing software applications and coordinating with
business end-users. Using the latest technologies and constantly researching
new developments in the industry. Persistently improving our existing
systems and integrating these technologies into our vision of one single IT
solution -- connecting our corporate web site, sales operations, marketing
operations, financial reporting, product development efforts, manufacturing
plant, shipping department, and worldwide operations. We rotate our
Programmer/Analysts throughout each business area every  18 to 24 months,
allowing them to gain exposure to diff Oracle programming, PL programming

·	4 - 5 years of application development experience in an IT
environment 
·	Ability to lead and contribute to the design, development and
support efforts for IT projects in assigned business functional areas 
·	Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
·	Demonstrated history of strong project management and leadership
skills
·	Experience working with multiple business areas and a proven track
record in presenting/selling how technology can benefit business operations
·	Minimum Education: Bachelors degree (MIS or CS)
·	Proficiency in multiple technologies (proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL,
Java and Domino Lotus Notes considered an added advantage)
·	Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (ERP/CRM modules) considered a
pluserent technologies and business areas.
