Minimum Requirements
A thorough understanding of web technologies and web architectures along
with a strong products based development background, experience in designing
and building high performance, scalable and maintainable web applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented development concepts, software
design, software quality and performance

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Experience with RUP (Rational Unified Process) and XP (Extreme Programming)
software development methodologies
Knowledge of UML diagrams
5+ years of software development experience with Java
3+ years J2EE (EJB, JDBC, JMS, JSP, and Servlets)
2+ years XHTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS
2+ years XML (DOM4J, XML Schema, XPath)
2+ years SQL
